Failure to report accurately the facts related to news stories results in inaccurate reports and commentary. Unlike other news outlets, this blog provides links or citations to the sources that support facts contained in posts.
If you identify any factual errors in this blog, please identify such errors in a comment. We will confirm the accuracy of the fact in question, and will revise posts where necessary. Finally, many news stories (e.g. the Madoff ponzi scheme and the Blagojevich/Burris stories) involve legal issues.
